What to bring for your Skydive
Clothing - Wear comfortable loose clothing as you would normally dress for the weather on the day. Wear sports shoes, or runners.
Payment - Balance of payment can be made by cash, credit card, EFTPOS, cheque or travellers cheques.
Pets are not permitted on the Drop Zone.
Skydiving Maximum Weight & Weight Surcharges
Due to safety concerns Tandem Cairns has a maximum weight for customers of 115kg (253lb). Additionally, for any customers weighing between 95kg and 115kg a weight surcharge applies.
- 95kg - 109.9kg ( approx 209lbs - 242lbs) = $50
- 110kg - 115kg (approx 242lbs - 253lbs) = $100
These surcharges are payable on the day of your jump, where you will be weighed. A Skydiving Safety Officer's decision may prevent customers over 95kg from skydiving due to incorrect fitting of the harness or any other safety concerns on the day. In this scenario any money paid would be refunded.
