Our secure online booking form utilises 128-bit SSL technology, which is evident by the secured closed
padlock icon which appears in the bottom right of the taskbar when the
page is opened, to encrypt both your credit card and personal details so
they may be sent through to Visit Cairns.com.au without being able to be
intercepted.

We also respect that not everybody is confident
about giving those details by utilising this technology or that they may
not have a credit card. If that is the case please look at the alternative
options if you wish to use them.

If you do wish to use these other options just
send you booking request with all the relevant details through via normal
email/mail and outline a request to pay other than credit card and
nominate your preference. We will advise you of the total amount of
deposit that will be needed to paid so that you can then make the payment
through that option. Once the payment/money has been verified in our bank
account by us we will then email you the receipts/vouchers as normal
practice.

Direct Debit Into Our
Business Bank Account.
A direct debit into our operating account can be
made by the Pay Anyone feature if you have internet banking facilities
available by simply copying & pasting our banking details into the relevant
text boxes. Please type your name in the recipient's message box so we can
identify your payment.
If you are in Australia this can be also be made
over the counter at any National Australia Bank by filling in
our banking details on a deposit form available at the bank.

By Cheque
We will accept payment of the deposit amount/s by
either personal or bank cheque. Please make the cheque payable to and post
to the following address:-

Please note:
e-Receipts/Vouchers will not
be emailed until the proceeds of the cheque has been cleared by our bank
and this applies to bank cheques as well. Please allow minimum of 5
working days.
