Car Hire

These are supplied by a very reliable company who have a very modern fleet of vehicles. They are all current models except for the budget cars and all rates include unlimited km's.  All cars are air-conditioned and there is a size to suit everyone. 

The car is rented out with a full tank of petrol and needs to be returned the same way. The minimum age is 21 years although you will find the security bond is much higher if you are under 25 years. Insurance is included in the price (the excess can be reduced even further for an extra cost) as well as a pick up from your hotel. If you are arriving by plane arrangements can be made to pick you up from the airport in an air-conditioned courtesy vehicle (must be pre-booked and  arranged )

All of these cars can be taken to Cape Tribulation by prior arrangement which makes it more economical than hiring a four wheel drive vehicle. This is not available with most rental car companies here in Cairns. Baby seats and maps of the area included free. 

Excess' are as follows...

21-25 yrs - $2000 / 25+ yrs - $1500 / 4WD - $2000.  

All are reducible to the following amounts for $12 per day ($15 per day for 4WD)

21 - 25 yrs - $750 / 25+ yrs - $350 / 4WD - $500
