The crew introduce themselves to you the minute you board the boat making for a friendly, fun start to the trip. It's a two and a half hour trip out to the reef, but it doesn't feel like that long. There are many different talks on the way out there to keep you occupied, such as safety briefings, snorkel talks, dive briefings and reef talks. You also have lots of time to yourself, to sunbake or ride in the bow nets.
Once out at Paradise Reef there is a small briefing on where you can go, and if there are people who aren't too confident in the water, the crew issue snorkelling vests that you can wear so that you have more buoyancy. Then you are free to snorkel as much as you want. There is a great little area called called Nursery Bommie, where you will find so many little clown fish. They make their homes in little stinging corals called anemones, and they fiercely guard their dwellings. They are gorgeous, as you will find out when you see them.

On the other side of the boat, there are some great giant clams, and so many different varieties of fish, which can be seen either by snorkelling or diving. If you take an underwater camera with you, you will be able to get some great photos of the clown fish in the anemones, similar to the ones opposite
The Dive master takes you away in a high-speed dive tender to a place called 'The Fish Market', and this will blow your mind away. Here there are even more fish with some varieties of pelagic fish cruising around.
After three and a half hours the boat heads off to Upolu Cay; a beautiful sand island with crystal clear waters. Here you can play a few games on the cay, do some more snorkelling or just laze around for awhile before it's back on the boat for the journey home.
The way home is great fun with a few drinks. It's a very relaxing, fun trip and one that you will never forget.
